Positive: 3 beds at not exorbitant rate Negative: Drive is a bit narrow, but good to have off road parking nonetheless.

Nice tidy place, close ish to city. Positive: It was clean and tidy and private. Negative: Very tight driveway, so tight you could not open both car doors without hitting them, which meant to get in I had to park the left side hard against the fence and have people climb over from the right side, that wasn’t so good. Also got locked out with the front door keypad, would have preferred a key card or fob option instead of a long pin only.

Great spot to relax and access Christchurch centre Positive: Great house, plenty of room to relax and store luggage in the garage. Shower pressure was superb and our family of 4 loved it. In a quiet street but close enough to city centre. Negative: Downstairs could be a little cold, but that's probably due to the temp dropping and being beside the garage. Didn't spoil the stay at all though as we used the heating.
